Our Child Passenger Safety Program provides 1:1 car seat checks, assistance with installations, education on seat belt usage, and free car seats to Clay County families in need.

Eligibility Criteria
Our program is free and open to anyone in Clay County needing assistance with car seats or child passenger education.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
