Elderbridge Agency on Aging–Supportive Services

Supportive services are key to helping older adults maintain their long-term independence. With the help of access services (e.g., transportation, case management, information and assistance), in-home services (e.g., personal care, chore and homemaker assistance) and community services (e.g., mental health services, adult day care), individuals can prevent early institutionalization and instead continue living at home or in their community of choice. The LifeLong Links network is an integral part of Elderbridge’s service delivery.
LifeLong Links provides unbiased, reliable information and counseling to a wide range of consumers – including older Iowans – to help them obtain long-term supports and services in the most desirable and appropriate setting available.
