Rural Mobile Food Outreach: Royal and Everly

The Clay County Hunger Coalition will be delivering food outreach to the communities of Royal and Everly on Tuesday, April 23. Royal deliveries will be located at The Great Hall of Royal from 11:00am-Noon and Everly deliveries will be located at the Everly Community Park from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Advanced registration is required! First come, first served. To register, call the Clay County Upper Des Moines (UDMO) office at 712-262-7409 before Friday, April 19 to reserve your food box. New clients must complete an intake with UDMO prior to picking up the box–you must reside in Clay County and be income eligible. Boxes will need to be picked up within the allotted time (if you are unable to pick up your box, please inquire about delivery in advance).

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
