Educational Training available to healthcare providers. At the end of this training, participants will be able to: 1) Explain the difference between low and high-risk choices; 2) Explain the difference between mental and physical impairment; 3) Explain the behaviors and characteristics of the path to addiction; 4) Explain the information covered and how it can be applied to their work or clinical setting. Registration is required and closed after April 8. No fee to attend. 3.5 Nursing contact hours offered/3.5 EMS contact hours offered (must attend entire program to receive CE credit). Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
