Legal Training–Seasons Family Support Center

This training will focus on common legal questions for foster, adoptive, and kinship populations. It will cover topics such as subsidized vs unsubsidized adoption, guardianship, conservatorship, and funding options for adoption/guardianship. Participant questions are welcome. This training will be held virtually via Zoom from 5:30pm-7:30pm on Monday, February 26. It will be facilitated in partnership with attorney Phil De Koster of De Koster & De Koster Law Firm alongside Gina Touney and others of Iowa HHS.
