If you have lost someone to suicide, International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day is an amazing chance to join a community of people who understand what you are going through. Program is Saturday, November 18th 2023, from 11am to 2:30pm at Grand Avenue Community Outreach and includes a video, discussion, lunch, and optional craft activity. Questions? Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
