Foundation Church’s Storehouse Food & Essentials Pantry is currently open from 1-3 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays (or by appointment). Anyone is welcome to volunteer or be served at this community outreach that has continued to grow out of the flood distribution last year.
As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.
Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
