Child Glow Therapy focuses on youth, adolescents, and young adults (and their families). Counseling and therapy using fun and innovative activities to help kids and families manage difficult feelings and behaviors.
Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault (CAASA)
CAASA provides advocacy services to victims/ survivors of sexual assault and their families in 19 counties of Northwest Iowa and also to those who have been victimized by human trafficking. CAASA meets the victim/ survivor wherever they are at in their journey and helps them toward a life free from violence in a way that is reasonable for them. Services are free and confidential.

Spirit Lake VA Clinic–Mental Health
If you need support for a specific mental health problem—or if you’re having problems sleeping, controlling your anger, or readjusting to civilian life—you are not alone. And we can help. Our services range from peer support with other Veterans to counseling, therapy, medication, or a combination of these options. Our goal is to help you take charge of your treatment and live a full and meaningful life.
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Sioux City (Spencer Location)
We provide evidence-based mental health therapy services 5 days per week. Services are provided in the office, via telehealth and in the local schools as needed. This includes offering free mental health assessments to any child in the school system identified by the school or parent. Counseling services are available to all faiths and backgrounds.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)–Palo Alto County Health System
Palo Alto County Health System offers a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program to help individuals manage the symptoms of drug and alcohol disorders. MAT is an evidence-based practice that combines FDA-approved medication with substance abuse counseling and social support and is introducing people to recovery and improving their lives.
Discovery House Spencer Campus–Currently Closed
Discovery House Spencer Campus is a sober-living program. It currently has 7 beds and serves male or female individuals who are impacted by substance abuse, mental health, homelessness, or domestic violence.
