Avera@Home of Spencer Hospital provides professional health care in the comfort of your home. Nurses, home health aides, physical, speech, and occupational therapists come to your home to help with: Medication management, assistance with transition from hospital to home, wound care, IV's and injections, post-operative care, diabetic teaching, and customized care plans for a variety of services.
