We provide evidence-based mental health therapy services 5 days per week. Services are provided in the office, via telehealth and in the local schools as needed. This includes offering free mental health assessments to any child in the school system identified by the school or parent.

Eligibility Criteria
Counseling services are available for children, individuals, couples and families of all faiths and backgrounds. Sliding-fee scale available based on family size and income. No one is turned away for the inability to pay for mental health services. Most insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
