CAASA provides advocacy services to victims/ survivors of sexual assault and their families in 19 counties of Northwest Iowa and also to those who have been victimized by human trafficking. CAASA meets the victim/ survivor wherever they are at in their journey and helps them toward a life free from violence in a way that is reasonable for them. Services are free and confidential.

Eligibility Criteria
If you are a victim/survivor of sexual abuse or a family member of a victim/survivor, you are encouraged to reach out.

Call our Crisis line number 1-877-362-4612 which is available 24/7/365 and they will get you connected to an advocate in your area that can help you with resources or how to proceed based on your individual situation.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
