Family Access Center is here for you and your family. Our compassionate approach has helped us become a statewide leader in substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment and behavioral health treatment. We are proud to be accredited by the Council on Accreditation. Our dedicated staff provide evidence based therapeutic care that is flexible, tailored treatment that address the emotional, physical, behavioral and spiritual facets.

Services offered: Peer Recovery Coaching, Substance Use Disorder Services, Mental Health Services, Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS), Forensic Child Custody Evaluations, Court Ordered Supervised Visitation, OWI Education-12 Hour Course, Iowa Domestic Abuse Program (IDAP)-24 Week Course, and Family Centered Services (Contracted through Iowa Department of Health and Human Services).

Eligibility Criteria
Anyone may access services. Payment options include: Iowa Medicaid, Commercial Insurances, Private Insurances, Sliding Fee Scale, and Private Pay-Cash Clients.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
