We provide High School Equivalency and Adult Basic Education instruction to adults in the community.

Eligibility Criteria
High School Equivalency (HSE): 17 (with parent permission) or older, Must have withdrawn from high school before earning HS Diploma, meets minimum score requirements on CASAS pretest in reading and math. Adult Basic Education (ABE): 18 or older, meets minimum score requirements on CASAS pretest in reading and math.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
