The IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) programs offer free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals.

Appointments can be made by calling our office, 712-262-2264 starting in January. Appointments take place in February and March.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
