Have you sat silent in the face of stereotypes and bias because you didn’t know what to say? Learn techniques and phrases to help you speak up against stereotypes, respond during tense situations, and communicate respectfully in a diverse world.

Eligibility Criteria
This program is intended for adults.

Program available upon request: One 90-minute to 2-hour training; Cost: $300 per group of up to 50 people

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
