Alzheimer's Association support groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for people living with dementia and their care partners to: 1) Develop a support system; 2) Exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions; 3) Talk through issues and ways of coping; 4) Share feelings, needs, and concerns; 5) Learn about community resources. Eligibility Criteria
People living with dementia and their care partners.
