Outpatient Therapy--No person should feel helpless or alone when it comes to their mental health. LSI Therapy Services empower Iowans along the way to a healthier and happier future.

Eligibility Criteria
LSI’s Therapy Services are available to all ages. We accept: Title 19 (Medicaid), private pay, and commercial/private insurance. If you have questions on insurance, please contact us to see if it is covered. LSI works with Iowa’s managed care organization providers, Iowa Total Care, Molina, and Amerigroup Iowa, Inc.

Call Central Intake at 1-888-457-4692 or go to https://lsiowa.org/therapy/ and fill out the intake form online.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
