We help low income families and individuals pay a portion of their rent. Families select their own units to rent and the rent is determined by their income.

Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible you must be considered very low income for the county you reside. Our income limits are posted on the website, as well as frequently asked questions.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
