Rosecrance Jackson Centers provides adolescents and adults with individualized addiction treatment that prepares them and their families for life in recovery and are grounded in the 12-Step principles. We provide evidence-based therapy, individualized treatment planning and trauma informed care. The services offered at the Spencer location include substance abuse evaluations, DUI/OWI evaluations, jail evaluations, outpatient individual sessions, group therapy, problem gambling treatment, prevention services, peer recovery, and the facilitation of residential services for clients that need inpatient treatment.

Eligibility Criteria
Clients are eligible for substance use treatment if they meet the criteria for a substance use disorder. This will be evaluated with an assessment.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
