Rosecrance Jackson Centers provides residential services to adolescents. The average length of stay is individualized based on needs, ranging from 30-120 days. The Adolescent Unit has a specialty psychiatrist and psychological testing available. School services on-site.

Eligibility Criteria
Clients are eligible for substance use treatment if they meet the criteria for a substance use disorder. This will be evaluated with an assessment, which can be completed either virtually or in-person at any outpatient location.
Instructions for Referral

Referrals from Rosecrance Jackson Centers outpatient locations and from outside substance use facilities are accepted through our access team. For the access team, please call 712-234-2300 or fax.

Rosecrance Jackson Centers is dedicated to helping you afford our excellent care at a reasonable cost. Our staff will explain our financial policies before you get started, and work with you to verify your insurance benefits. Rosecrance Jackson Centers serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
