Rosecrance Jackson Centers provides residential services to adults. All adults start their stay on the Health Center/observation unit to stabilize. Treatment units available include: men's, women's, and women with children. Average length of stay for adults is 25-35 days, depending on need. Women with children's stay averages 90-120 days with licensed daycare on-site.

Eligibility Criteria

Clients are eligible for substance use treatment if they meet the criteria for a severe substance use disorder. This will be evaluated with an assessment, which can be completed either virtually, in-person at any outpatient location.

Instructions for Referral

Referrals from Rosecrance Jackson Centers outpatient locations and from outside substance use facilities are accepted through our access team. For the access team, please call 712-234-2300 or fax.
