The Trauma Therapy (HEAL/VOCA) program provides free mobile trauma services for victims of crime. Additionally, the program assists with victim advocacy and care coordination, including assistance with completing Crime Victim Compensation.

Eligibility Criteria
Anyone who has been a victim of a crime and are wanting to work on issues related to their victimization. The is no requirement of the crime needing to be reported to law enforcement and the crime does not need to have happened only in Iowa or in the United States. No insurance is used.
Instructions for Referral

Go to the Trauma Therapy Services page of the Seasons website. Complete the referral form found on that page. Email the referral form to traumatherapy@seasonscenter.org. Email address is also noted on the referral form.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
