This is an in-person peer support group in Clay County for those who have lost a loved one by suicide. Meetings are held the 2nd Saturday of the month, weather-permitting, from 9:30am to 11am at First Christian Church, 701 E 18th St in Spencer. Facilitated by Lynn Graesing and Gloria Nieman.

Important Notice: Care Connections of Northern Iowa Will Close Operations on June 30, 2025

As part of Iowa’s statewide reorganization of behavioral health and disability services, Care Connections of Northern Iowa (CCNIA) will cease all operations effective June 30, 2025. Clients will be transitioned to new service coordination under the awarded Administrative Services Organization and Disability Access Points.

Providers are requested to submit all final invoices for services rendered prior to July 1, 2025, no later than August 10, 2025.
