CAASA provides advocacy services to victims/ survivors of sexual assault and their families in 19 counties of Northwest Iowa and also to those who have been victimized by human trafficking. CAASA meets the victim/ survivor wherever they are at in their journey and helps them toward a life free from violence in a way that is reasonable for them. Services are free and confidential.

Elder Abuse Prevention & Awareness works to provide education and develop programs and policies that can prevent elder abuse in any of its forms, including physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse or exploitation, financial exploitation, denial of critical care and self-neglect.
Discovery House Spencer Campus–Currently Closed
Discovery House Spencer Campus is a sober-living program. It currently has 7 beds and serves male or female individuals who are impacted by substance abuse, mental health, homelessness, or domestic violence.
Lutheran Services in Iowa–Community Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP)
This program supports and educates Iowa youth and teens to prevent pregnancy in youth by utilizing prevention education and healthy dating.

Iowa Crime Victim Compensation Program
If you or a loved one has suffered personal injury from a violent crime, the Crime Victim Compensation Program may be able to help. The program helps victims with certain out-of-pocket expenses related to injuries from violent crime.
