How to Get Started

Care Connections believes in a no wrong door approach to connect both children and adults to resources and services both formal and informal.

There are some identified funding resources for adults and children: Children with a diagnosis of a Serious Emotional Disturbance or Intellectual Disability. Adults with a Mental Health diagnosis or Intellectual Disability and that are at or below the poverty level. Copayments and a sliding fee scale may be appropriate for those above poverty level.
